Britteny Martin joins the City of Walhalla as Finance Director effective August 31, 2026. She brings 10 years of experience with Oconee County, most recently serving as County Grants Administrator, where she oversaw grant administration and funding acquisition. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Flagler College, along with certifications in cost-benefit analysis, cost recovery methods, and fundamentals of uniform grant administration. In her new role, she will manage the City’s financial transactions, internal auditing, and overall financial administration.
